Recruiting and Education

As the SW Freedom Flyers move into our next phases of operation we must put an emphasis on recruitment and education. As the old saying goes, “The more, the merrier!”

For the last month, SWFF has been putting out daily educational and awareness pieces on its Telegram Channel. One to two posts a day with short reads or videos explaining why what we are seeing in the West is nothing but cultural marxism. It is our belief that the marxists in our government and corporations are moving full steam ahead in order to finalize the breakdown of all the institutions that once made American exceptional. I believe most can agree that American is no longer exceptional. Some people say, “Fine. If you don’t like it leave!” Well, that’s the problem. There is no where better to go. We must defend the greatest nation to ever exist and defend the institutions that made it great.

In phase one of our plan, we aim to bolstering your understanding of what exactly is going on and why they want to destroy it. What is socialism? What is communism? What is marxism? A foundational understanding of these philosophical foundations is essential to seeing through the fog of war. The best part about seeing through this fog is that you will see that it is everywhere and it will then become much easier for you to point out.

My last article spoke about civics training and I highly recommend you take the time to sign up for that course. Understand what a Constitutional Republic is and how it differs from a Democracy. When was the last time you heard a politician or corporate leader talk about bolstering our “Constitutional Republic”? Why do they only refer to it as a Democracy?

See the worst part about what’s going on right now is that the other side is changing our culture through the control of language. What has the corporation been doing to the brave people who have spoken up on yammer, facebook or other corporate controlled websites and social media? Why is the conservative minded person not entitled to voice their opinion or concern? Scale that all the way up to the national level and the exact same thing is happening.

If they can control your speech, they can control your mind. If they can do either of these things, how free are you really? The Charlene Carter case is a perfect example of how SWA has stifled, intimidated and subsequently terminated an employee for being brave enough to hold to her values and speak up against the agenda. Thankfully, the courts agreed with her argument and she was awarded a $5.2M settlement. Unfortunately, the persecution didn’t stop there. Even though she was given her job back after 5 years of unemployment, she claims they have continued to discriminate against employees religious beliefs. You can read the article here, which makes some pretty damning statements about SWA’s actions. It’s landed SWA back in court too.

So why would SWA go through all of the trouble to stifling speech and allegedly continuing to discriminate against those of us with the same Title VII rights as others? Why does the government do the same thing to anyone speaking up? Are corporations being held hostage by government bribes, errrr, contracts? Aren’t government contracts the excuse that former CEO, Mr. Kelly gave employees as the reason to force vaccinations onto employees? How’s that vaccine working out for the employee group right now Mr. Kelly?

As we’ve seen across the spectrum, we are being ruled through fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD). It’s quite effective, I’ll give them that. How can we combat against F.U.D.? Simple. Education.

As we proceed further we are providing you a few avenues to help the education process. The short form approach will be found on the Telegram channel. Once a day we’ll post an article or two that will take no more than 15-30 minutes to review that will provide thought provoking content. This blog here will provide expanded content and serve to expand on the notions that we find in the Telegram channel.

The final method of delivery will be via email in a longer format for those of you who appreciate well thought through philosophical notions. Now that the email server has been set up, one of our first messages will begin an educational series to bring you to where we are now, and why ESG & DEI is such an insidious monster. In this and future emails, we’ll bring in some guest authors to share their opinions. We hope you will consider contributing in this or in other volunteer capacities.

FinalIy, have to say that it was quite entertaining to watch our fellow employees, who are a bit more emotional than we are, try to tie the Southwoke website and accompanying billboard, to our organization. Some of their online speech was borderline libelous! The internet never forgets. While we find that it’s a sad day when parody is the truth, we definitely appreciate a good laugh and boy did that website make us laugh. Speaking of censorship, did you know that SWA blocked that URL from its internal servers? No worries though. It looks just a good on your phone as it does your personal tablet or laptop.

Going forward, please help us recruit. Last year’s company survey showed that 84% of employees were against DE&I which lines up with 85% of pilot’s being against vaccine mandates in a SWAPA poll a year or so ago. 85% of your coworkers see reality for what it is. Find them and bring them here. Together, we WILL win.
