Take Action Now: Shape the Future of America

The time has come to rise up and take action. President Trump has given us the tools we need to fight for the America we believe in, and now it’s our turn to wield them. Executive Order 14171 mandates the end of all DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs for federal contractors, and it’s our duty to ensure this order is enforced.
Just as former CEO Gary Kelly emphasized in 2021 that compliance with the vaccine mandate (EO 14042) was non-negotiable to maintain federal contractor status, the same logic applies here. We must hold our leaders accountable to follow EO 14171 with the same urgency and commitment.
We’ve noticed a curious change: the DEI department VP has recently rebranded his title to “VP of Corporate Citizenship & Chief Inclusion Officer.” While we can’t be certain of the reasoning behind this shift, we must remain vigilant to ensure this isn’t an attempt to circumvent EO 14171 by disguising DEI under a new name. We cannot allow this to happen.
To those who have stood strong in the fight against the COVID-19 vaccine mandates, we commend your courage and resilience. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and now we must channel that same energy into this new battle.
Today marks a critical moment in our fight. The confirmation hearing for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to head up the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is underway. RFK Jr. is a champion of medical freedom and transparency, and his leadership would be a game-changer for our nation. He is an individual who has proven his commitment to putting America first, and we must ensure his nomination is confirmed.
Here’s what you can do today:
Contact your Senators. Call and email them to express your support for the nominations of RFK Jr. Let them know that this leader has the vision and courage to reshape America for the better. Use this link to find your Senator's contact information.
Hold your company accountable. Reach out to your company’s leadership and executives. Respectfully request that they comply with EO 14171 and end all DEI programs, just as they complied with the vaccine mandate. Make your voice heard loud and clear.
This is not the time to sit back and complain. This is the time to act. Our nation’s future depends on the choices we make today. Let’s show our leaders that we are watching, we are engaged, and we will not back down.
