The Future of SWFF

In the summer of 2021, a handful of Southwest Airlines pilots observed the trend lines in the airline industry regarding Covid and vaccine mandates.  United Airlines, the first to announce these mandates, was the test case for the industry.  The rest of the airlines were certain to follow.  Those SWA pilots, seeing the immediate threat to our health freedom and employment started the Southwest Freedom Flyers.  It was our stated goal to fight for ALL Southwest Airlines employees’ medical freedoms.  When the SWFF was founded, the board of directors made two assumptions, this was an existential fight for our livelihood, and that this was a fight that would some day be finished.  It was understood that the mission would remain focused and finite. We assumed the result would be SWFF eventually disbanding after victory, or when we all were fired. 

We have made great strides in the fight against vaccine mandates but we have yet to achieve victory.  Florida, Texas and Nevada have legislation that has been presented this year and we are patiently waiting for these important bills to pass (namely the Informed Consent Bill in Texas [HB81 – Rep. Harrison]).  Rulings against EO14042 have withstood lower courts, but have not seen a final ruling by the Supreme Court.  Southwest Airlines Pilot Association (SWAPA) has presented medical freedom language in contract negotiations but has not reached an agreement with the company.  We definitely have momentum on our side but we have yet to ensure a final victory.  SWFF remains committed to this mission until we have concrete protection for our medical freedoms.  We are asking you to remain engaged in this battle against vaccine mandates as well.

 

The SWFF Board of Directors has seen in the chat forums that as we gain distance from the imminent threat of vaccine mandates, the conversation has drifted to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).  We have also taken notice of our beloved company aggressively pushing this issue.  We believe this is in compliance with the social credit system known as ESG.  ESG stands for Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance.  The ESG social credit system is a measure of how well your organization is aligned with a global Marxist agenda.  It measures your environmental impact (climate agenda), your consumption of resources, and your status as a good citizen (DE&I).  This ESG system is then used to leverage control over an organization.  ESG is tied to favorable loan rates, government contracts, stock value (as driven by large funds Blackrock, Charles Shwab), and many other control points.  Through ESG, those who seek power over your life can push their Marxist political agenda on the population, not through legislation, but through corporate control.  This is the same tactic those who would impose their will upon us used with the vaccine mandate.  If you do not comply, you will be banned from travel, banned from entertainment, and if your employer wants to remain eligible for contracts and licensing, you will be banned from employment.  The astute members of the SW Freedom Flyers have opened their eyes.  The vaccine mandate was the trial run and ESG/DE&I is the next wave of the same assault.

 

The initial intent of SWFF was to fight vaccine mandates, secure our medical freedom, and then disband to enjoy the prosperity this would bring.  We find ourselves here today at a false summit; we have climbed to the peak of a hill to only see the mountain that lay in front of us.

This mountain is a corporate culture corrupted by Marxists. 

This mountain is a company with a 660 million dollar government contract to move illegal aliens around the country. 

This mountain is a company that fails to deliver its customers to their Christmas destination, but delivers pronoun pins with precision. 

This mountain is a company that ignores its employees’ warnings about problems with our infrastructure. 

This mountain is a company that silences voices not in line with its corrupt culture. 

This mountain is a company that chastises its pilots for safety concerns over hiring standards. 

This mountain is a company that uses threat of termination as its primary motivation tool.  

This mountain is Herb’s airline beholden to ESG.  

If all of that were the only issue we faced, the answer would be simple.  We would abandon this morally bankrupt company and seek new employment.  Unfortunately, this mountain is an entire country controlled by this same devil, ESG.

 

So we are here with a clear view of what lay ahead.  ESG/DE&I poses a clear threat to the existence of our beloved company and of our beloved country.  SWFF was a beacon of freedom for this country in October of 2021.  8000 SWFF members from every department in Southwest Airlines came together with a unified voice.  A country looked to SWFF and was inspired to follow.  We understand the vast obstacle before us.  To defeat it, we need your support again.  We need numbers.  Get the word out to patriots throughout the company.  We need volunteers.  Contact us and we will put you to work within your talents and interests.  We need an educated membership.  Look for our articles and references to equip you with the truth.  We need an army, committed to personal accountability, and peaceful noncompliance with the evil that seeks to harm us.  We need you.  Put on your armor, the battle is upon us.
